Tapah-svadhyayesvara-pranidhanani-kriya-yogah

Will-power, self-study, and dedication to Isvara (God) together is yoga.

  • Svadhyaya: self- study
  • Isvara Pranidhana:  devotion to God 

These three aspects together create Kriya Yoga, which is yoga based on skillful action.

Utthita Trikonasana- Triangle

Virabhadrasana 2- Warrior 2

Utthita Parsvakonasana- Extend side angle

Prasarita Padottanasana- Wide leg forward bend

Parighasana- Gate pose

Sirsasana- Head balance 

Ustrasana- Camel pose

AdhoMuhka Svanasana/Virasana- Down dog/child pose

Dandasana- Seated legs stretched (staff pose)

Parsva Dandasana- Seated legs stretched torso twist (staff pose)

Paschimottanasana- Seated forward bend

Sarvangasana- Shoulder stand

Savasana- Corpse pose
