Intro to Iyengar Yoga class

Beginner students are those who have less than two years experience doing yoga in any capacity.  Individuals with apprehension towards inversions or who cannot maintain inversions with comfortably. 

The beginner yoga class establishes the framework for those who have doubt with their familiarity with yoga.  People who are completely new or have less than 2-3 years experience with any style of yoga will find this class beneficial.  Students with limited mobility or strength will move at a pace that allows exploration and retention to build confidence.  Classes are progressive and with consistency a bank of yoga knowledge will be obtained to play with. 

Success with yoga happens when we maximize our familiarly with its art and science. When we have more knowledge, involving ourselves physically and spiritually  we increase enjoyment with subject.  For most of us a spark initially led us to yoga and said spark deserves a fireplace with kindling.  Regardless of the  seriousness we intend with yoga, it’s best to establish a solid foundation to ignite the blaze of our fireplace.
