Level 2

People with a strong yoga foundation who are seeking to expand will benefit in level 2. These classes are for becoming well established in Iyengar Yoga. Expect to be aware of Sanskrit terminology. Regular performance of inversions Salamba Sirsasana (headstand) and Salamba Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) will be conducted.

Level 1

Beginner friendly classes. Students can expect to go over basic movements in standing and sitting poses. Perfect for those with injuries or want a novice approach.
